The Sed Aliis Project was founded by Craig Billiot, Jr and Tariq Steward, lifelong friends who believe in the power of sports, mentorship, and community to change lives. Together. They lead with purpose, serve with humility and remain committed to creating opportunities where none existed before.

“A native of Houma and a graduate of Terrebonne High School, I am a former student-athlete who values discipline and community. I began my collegiate journey running track at Southern University before transferring to Nicholls State University, where I earned my Bachelor’s in Business Administration in 2019. I am a firm believer in giving back and being part of something bigger than myself. I put this into practice by coaching flag football, where I enjoy mentoring others and staying connected to the game. Whether in business or on the field, I am dedicated to making a positive impact on my community.”

_______
“Since I was old enough to make my own decisions, my vision for my life has always been rooted in serving others. After graduating from Terrebonne, I pursued a degree in Athletic Training because it combined my love of sports with the ability to be there for those in need. Upon earning my Bachelor of Science from Southeastern Louisiana University, I worked in the Ochsner Health System before pivoting careers. Through coaching football and boxing, I aim to instill life lessons and a wealth of knowledge to the next generation. I attack every day with an attitude of gratitude and strive to be the best version of myself possible. At the end of the day, I’m just a kid from Dulac trying to make a difference”
